More equipment than talent. An attitude characterized by an excess of form over substance. That is why it is so important to choose the right program, and supplements, in order to create a complete training plan. A well-written Smolov Jr. implements both assumptions in their entirety. However, even the best plan, with supplements, requires proper regeneration and equipment . Of course, within reason. Although it is hard to imagine, with a program like Smolov Jr. , an excess of form over substance, I know from experience that anything is possible.

Considering that the most important thing in building strength is the training program , training equipment becomes equally important. Shoes, bands, tapes, belts. All of this can equally decide success and failure, but above all it affects safety. Shoes can be heavy or flat-soled, depending on preferences, mobility and preferred technique. The most important thing is that they are stable. Using knee bands to keep warm and increase overall mental comfort is a good idea. Playing with the size and putting on bands with the help of foil, which in return for too small a size will reward you with extra pounds, is a bad idea. At least in my opinion. The athlete should be strong, not the band.
Wrist straps are a way to avoid overload and injuries. I have seen competitors who did not use straps, even in competitions, but let's assume that this is the exception that proves the rule, and straps are a must. Of course, overload is not the worst possible injury, but it is definitely one of the most lasting, not to mention other injuries in the joint area. On the other hand, a belt is a protection against injuries and increased stability, as long as it is used consciously and not as decoration.

When it comes to nutrition , it's more about how much you eat than what you eat .
Sugar is energizing! Excessive care for the purity and caloric content of the diet may end in a lack of effects in the form of strength progress. The training plan, based on the Smolov Jr. program, is so intensive that you can allow yourself more. Of course, like everything, with sensitivity!
Equally important, during heavy training cycles, is supplementation , often omitted for various reasons. Supplementing certain ingredients not only supports strength gain or muscle tissue development , but also improves regeneration and general well-being. Additionally, supplements intended for use immediately before training increase concentration, commitment and aggression level . All of this, of course to some extent, has an impact on achieving the intended goal.

Pharmacological support, a topic that no one wants to discuss. After all, no one takes it, right? Not true. It would be pointless to write out a cycle or describe the effects of selected products. I would just like to point out that starting the Smolov Jr. program at the same time as starting the cycle is pure stupidity. The product will get going during the program, which will translate into an increase in strength, which will cause the calculated percentages to lose their value. Simple, but not always obvious. Practice makes perfect. Chemistry works miracles. Unfortunately, nothing frees you from thinking. Cheers!
