- 200g banana (frozen)

- 100g Greek yogurt

- 100ml milk

- 30g protein supplement (cream cookie)

- 1 pc. OREO cookie

Protein ice cream with Oreo flavor

  • Place the previously frozen banana, yogurt, protein powder, and milk in a bowl and blend until smooth.
  • Add the crushed cookies to the prepared mass and mix thoroughly.
  • Place in the freezer for about 3 hours
  • Additions as desired
