In the morning, you don't have the energy to prepare a good, nutritious breakfast? In a hurry, you grab whatever comes to hand and run to work? Big mistake! But we have a solution! A recipe for a delicious, dessert breakfast with high-protein flakes, which you can prepare in the evening, and in the morning, take it out of the fridge and... you will be guaranteed a good day!

Coconut dessert with peach mousse
INGREDIENTS:
🔹 150g Skyr yogurt,
🔹 50g light coconut milk,
🔹 5g chia seeds,
🔹 1 pc. crushed sweetener,
🔹 20 g Activlab Super Protein Breakfast flakes,
🔹 Peach
PREPARATION :
Mix together yogurt, coconut milk, chia seeds, sweetener and breakfast cereal.
Then blend the peaches (or other similar fruit) into a puree.
Pour the mousse slowly onto the previously prepared part.
Place it in the fridge for at least an hour, and it's best to prepare it all in the evening and leave it overnight to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning.
