We are happy as children that in a few days we will be able to return to our training routine. An extra dose of energy will come in handy on this occasion, right? Pre-workout supplementation is one thing, but it is also important to remember about the diet, which will allow us to gain power before training. For this reason, today we invite you to use our new recipe for pre-workout ice cream, which not only tastes delicious, but also gives you a kick to action!

Pre-workout ice cream
INGREDIENTS:
🔹 200 g frozen banana,
🔹 150 g cauliflower,
🔹 200 ml of milk 0.5%,
🔹 40g of vanilla-flavored protein supplement ,
🔹 sweetener,
🔹 2 teaspoons of instant coffee,
🔹 2 tablespoons hot water.

PREPARATION:
Foam: Pour 2 tablespoons of boiling water over the coffee in a cup, add 2-3 sweeteners. Beat with a mixer until stiff, about 3-5 minutes.
Ice Cream: Rinse cauliflower under cold water. In a shaker, mix milk with protein, add frozen banana, cauliflower and crushed sweetener (about 5-10 pieces).
Mix all the contents again in the shaker, then blend until smooth.
We divide the ice cream into two portions, then add our coffee foam.
