High-protein potato pancakes with vegetables and chicken

 

  • Mix the contents of the sachet thoroughly with 200 ml of cold water.
  • Add egg white and stir
  • Season to taste (salt, pepper), mix
  • Heat a small amount of coconut oil or olive oil in a pan
  • Fry on both sides until golden brown
  • In a separate pot, cook the chicken breast , season to taste ( salt , pepper )
  • Add half an onion , 1 carrot (cut into cubes beforehand), mushrooms
  • Thicken everything with 15 g of flour.
  • Cook all ingredients until soft.
  • Place the prepared chicken and vegetables on the fried potato pancakes and sprinkle with fresh dill.
