High-protein potato pancakes with vegetables and chicken
- Mix the contents of the sachet thoroughly with 200 ml of cold water.
- Add egg white and stir
- Season to taste (salt, pepper), mix
- Heat a small amount of coconut oil or olive oil in a pan
- Fry on both sides until golden brown
- In a separate pot, cook the chicken breast , season to taste ( salt , pepper )
- Add half an onion , 1 carrot (cut into cubes beforehand), mushrooms
- Thicken everything with 15 g of flour.
- Cook all ingredients until soft.
- Place the prepared chicken and vegetables on the fried potato pancakes and sprinkle with fresh dill.
