High-protein rice and oat flakes with bananas from the I'm Fit line:

  • high fiber content
  • low sugar content

  • Mix the contents of the sachet thoroughly with 200 ml of cold water, milk or natural yoghurt.
  • Set aside for a minute to allow the flakes to become soft.
  • Add your favorite toppings or fruits (e.g. bananas)

One 50g sachet provides as much as 13g of protein = 26% protein per serving.
